Chinu, as I have pointed out, you have some misconceptions that need to be corrected, diplomats, like Shirley Temple are not world leaders, so they do not qualify, it is the head of governments that Kerry referred to... you went another direction, are wrong and now play your games... The democrats are so scared of the Bush money, history in our country shows that money can indeed buy an election, that includes today, and you just do not get it.
