Delay is one of the most corrupt politicians ever. Delay's first act as head of the new congress in 2002 was to quietly get rid of the law (which all Americans want) requiring congressmen to report gifts from lobbyists. Now Delay can extort, rake and skim as much money as he wants from corporate special interests and others totally legally without having to report a thing. Is this the kind of corrupt criminal you want leading congress?
