The Kerry plan would fail if Bush tries it, but only because Cheney-Bush are already the boys who cried wolf. Kerry brings integrity, honesty and credibility back to the process. Therefore the results would be 180 degrees different, success. If you want America to be successful, support Kerry, if you want more and worse of the same, support Cheney-Bush.
