A foreign operative wouldn't even have to leave his/her own country. The University listed the name of the officer, the date, and the time on their internet site. The University apparently took it down from the active site, but it is still available on the internet. It took me a couple of minutes to find it.

The CIA is worried about it being in a Portales newspaper because someone might see it nationally or internationally when it is readily available on the internet? This type of stupidity is inexcusable. The CIA is still in need of some serious ass-kicking if this is how they think.
