William Arkin is the same guy that followed Boykin around, taped him without permission, and then wrote about it in the LA Times, after selling the tapes to NBC.

BTW, NBC never did broadcast the tapes, as far as I know. Would like to think that many of us stopped them from doing that, until they had proof that they weren't tampered with and changed.
