So 'proportional' ---> lots of compromising, no ? and maybe another way of not really getting what you want but maybe more satisfying since the other guy has to give something up too ... just guessing here..
Anyway minorities here actually wield a fair bit of power as they are often courted as the swing vote..

Spots ... Also a dual language minority... Likely not more than a few thousand of us McFrinese here :o) ... even scarce in my own extended family...
