FCEL ENER BLDP , whole sector seems to be on the move. I've always favored ENER though because of the host of additional technologies they have that now appear to be bearing fruit

roll to roll solar panel stuff, new memory chips based on there tech (British aerospace, STM, hopefully Intel), and there battery tech

so fingers crossed
