All, sure nice to see ANYTHING public about SIIS. Wonder where this will lead? This quiet period thing is the pits! Sure seems like a public company would be permitted to tell its shareholders about little things like trying to negotiate for more operating capital! Oh well, maybe more solid news is around the corner. TDV
