PLANS - he talked about having plans - he did not present plans. Talk is cheap. What I heard was lots of spending - tax cuts for 98% of the people - tax cuts for businesses - and a reduction in the deficit. When timid Tim questioned him - he trashed the contrary opinion. Plan - no - rhetoric - yes!
