Kerry presented clear specifics AND he admitted (an Honest politician!) that he might not be able to pay for all of his proposals and would scale them back, if necessary.

His proposal to roll back the 2001 and 2003 Bush tax cuts for people paid more than $200,000 a year should reduce the annual deficit by about $140 Billion per year (according to WSJ). That is a start on the $700 Billion current annual deficit (Bush has offered no plans, just more tax cuts and more spending).

Most of the discussion was on foreign policy. We already know the "Kerry Plan" that Bush is slowly moving towards.

I was also interested in Kerry's comments on Cuba. I would like to hear more on that issue.
