Kerry's plans are not "half-baked" they're pretty damn specific and clear. Go to johnkerry.,com and educate yourself. Quit listening to rightwing media. They're all propaganda freaks. They almost always lie. In truth, Kerry hasn't "waffled" or "flip-flopped" on a damn thing, he's just figured out ways to fix what is broken. "Mend it don't end it" being the operative word in terms of many Cheney-Bush policies which have failed us.
