Micrografx for Kids is the program. Google search for "Micrografx for Kids", turned up one source that leads to; page you are looking for is no longer available... ;-)

Micrografx.com has turned into igrafx.com... No mention of the coloring program.

Don't think I'm going to worry too much about this particular program. It's only 32 kb... I'll dump the program menu entry and pretend it's not there anymore ;-)
