Sadly, most of the Arab nations in the region, whether they publicly state it or not, support pushing Israel into the sea and if possible killing all Jews. That is not a guess that is fact. To my knowledge only the GOVERNMENTS of Jordan and Egypt have disavowed this policy, but I suspect their people havent.

You have to include the Saudis in this group as well. In those countries, its less important what the people think because they are not democracies. Besides, Israel's military power far exceeds the Arabs at this point.

Frankly, I am somewhat amazed the Jews havent become paranoid over all of this and reacted even more forcibly.

They are paranoid......why do you think they are building a twenty foot wall along the 'green line'.


To me, this whole thing is so silly. As you point out the Palistinian population is soaring. All they gotta do is be PEACEFUL and DEMOCRACY loving and sooner or later they end up controlling the govt. anyhow. I wonder why Arabs are not smart enough to see this? I have to believe there is money to be made in fighting. jdn

For over 50 years, they have lived in refugee camps. For the demographics to work in their favor, they have to wait another 20 years. If you were jobless and not able to move around freely, would you be willing to sit and wait another 20 years in the hope that then you might get your freedom?
