Fed Message for Week of APR 20 - APR 24.

"Conflicting data often emerges in the early stages of a recovery. Because the previous period was one characterized by deflationary risk, we must remain watchful to ensure the most important part of the recovery--expressed in jobs and in wages--is well protected before making potentially disruptive changes in monetary policy.
