Woodward said Bush said he asked God (a higher father than his own) for advice about invading Iraq, but never asked his own father. Apparently God and Dick Cheney (obsessed with invading Iraq) agreed. Makes Bush look nutty.

Religion is fine but asking God whether to unilaterally invade a country which hasn't attacked us is nuts. GW seems like a lamebrain who has lost his brain.

Cheney was the one who was probably thinking oil-oil-oil, Rove was thinking "use war to steal election" and Rice was thinking "anything they want me to think and say I will". Powell was out of the loop. The Saudis were in on it before Powell. Woodward was the fly on the wall.
