CR, voters really need to start to add things up. 2% in no way could generate that much additional income. Too few look at numbers and allow candidates to lie and fool them.
It is not a start when it is already spent. Nothing has changed.

I stand corrected. I guess I misunderstood the WSJ article. Their analysis pointed out that the 2001 and 2003 individual tax cuts accounted for $287 Billion per year, half from the wealthiest 2% of taxpayers. That is were I got my numbers and I'm not sure why they don't match Kerry's plan.
At least it is a start.
