Just a note,

Last week on CNBC,one of the broker analysts gave Oracle credit as the "least offender" in handing out options to the executives.

The other conservative note I'd make about Oracle, is their conservative "Gaap" accounting.

Although Larry gets a lot of knocks,he runs a conservative ship.I like the fact he owns about 25% of the outstanding shares.

Having an owner right there with you as a stockholder, keeps your treatment basically in line without abuses.

This is a big plus and I'm hopeful the lag effect of this long time merger process can still be rewarded with some price appreciation.

If Oracle's price can go up as Peoplesoft's declines - it may well be the last nail in Conway's coffin.

15.00 is .03 cents below the very recent twelve month high - bold call huh?

It does seem to me that Orcl has been under pressure.Look at the close of 11.99 - one penny below the excersize price. That "put" out a lot of stock and made a lot of calls expire worthlessly.

I didn't capture Aprils numbers, but there sure is a much larger open interest in calls than there is puts until you get over the 14 strike price.

Maybe we're in for quick climb back.Looks like more larceny and a big pay day for the MM, who I think write most of these instruments.

Oracle up in early trading as futures show weakness - more support to the idea that the 11.99 close was a push down.JMHO
