Well, I'd hope America would not nuke anyone simply because of the damage to the environment. I also think it should do all it can do not to harm civilians. But it should never incur a death simply because terrorists wish to murder their own people and destroy their own mosques. If terrorists don't care about this, then neither should anyone else.
