Rather doesn't write "liberal" stories. That's bunk. He reads the news he's given. The whole "symbolism" of Rather is part of the rightwing coup d'etat on free information and free speech. They want to discredit the moderate mainstream press so they can appear to look mainstream. They're not. Rightwing "news" is usually just propaganda. Compared to Newsmax, CBS is liberal, but what CBS really is is a serious truthful news network which doesn't take orders from the RNC or anyone else. They don't the truth or make up BS out of thin air like the rightwing media does on a regular basis.
