Yeah, the Saudis even announced they would keep prices down at the time of the last OPEC cut-back. Will Venezuela get in the game, and cut back? Will Mexico? Why do I think foreign countries might be playing chess with our election?
This is just the reverse of '00; prices started creeping up in Sept, and began to break after the election. The big thing now, tho, is about how much money this is going to take out of the economy. Delicate balance.
And then there is the price of milk...
