It's probably safe to just delete the file and folder it is installed in when the program is not on the Windows Add Remove Programs list. Often a readme file in the program directory will indicate that this is the uninstall method.

After deleting the program's folder, I turn to RegCleaner if I don't know whether it had entries in the Registry or not. Under the Software tab you can search for the Author or Software title and remove any registry entries if you find any. Then while you're at it you can go to Tools>Registry Cleanup and get rid of other junk. RegCleaner is a freebie. Message 20004663
