Orca, if they are willing to manipulate oil prices down to keep office, were they also willing to manipulate energy prices up to take office? What was it about the critical "energy shortages" of 2000 that rang hollow?

Oh, that's right, there was that big sucking noise as huge amounts of money flowed from California pockets to Texas oil companies and the country slid into a recession.
