I'm scratching my head. I'm trying to think of a single incident from the past 12 months that would suggest that Iraq is subject to a civil war.

All I can think of is that there has been a few minor incidents between Kurds and Arabs. But I really can't remember anything going on between the two Arab religious factions.

I think that the constant talk about "civil war" in Iraq is just that, talk.

We've already ceded control of most Iraqi cities to various local forces and no signs of a civil war.
