Why what??, if you will check my 363 post you can see where I shorted,
although not all were filled, (spotty, 225here 750 there and so on till I cancelled the rest when it fell thru the 16 3/8 level.
Why was I dumb to cover?? WEll actually I tried to cover the whole position, but since Datek only deals in 5 k lots it takes time to get the server to react. And I'm glad it did, as I cancelled the rest, so here I sit with an average short around 16 11/13, will it bounce to these levels in a short sqeeze, not a chance in hell, Volume is dropping, ppl by now have learned the hype job done by the management which incidently will probably be visited by the SEC followed by the Justice Dept:)
The fellow here that said 6-8 range was probably optimistic.
I no longer have a target on covering, I only cut my vacation short to short this, I intend to go back tommorow afternoon, I won't worry about the covering till after labor day. that is how confident I am about how far it will drop.
I have not hyped here, nor downgraded it, I gave my targets, 13 -1/2 and 12, Both have been met. Hell, I even told somebody where the shares were available to short.
I did however try to give a warning to the #rttrader chat room yesterday before the close, I was met with who is this "DIP" as they bought with Glee with comments like, Fasten your seatbelts, we are going Up, they went up alright, there heads are sticking out of the top of plane after the "Airpocket" today.
Don't get me wrong here, I'm not a "Bear" or a "Bull", and I really feel bad for ppl who got killed here> Been there, Done that, and discovered reality.
You may very well get your small gap tommorow and I hope you do sincerely, but I would definatly check out the Westerguard report and check into the 144 stock and look at the Accumulation, Distribution charts on the pre-runup and the day of the runup.
