tooearly: Couldn't agree with you more! The so-called analysts will rationalize and be victims of cognitive dissonance, and some will outright lie, to hype the market. The long term reality is that debt, including RE debt, is going to eventually hurt people and their investments. In the intermediate term, the mkt is breaking down technically.
