TO GHE INVESTOR RELATIONS - P. HILL
The co.'s cash position must be getting low, can you comment on
how much cash is currently available. As well, will you be taking
into account shareholder VALUE before the deal is completed.
Any large issue of shares at these prices to a major as part of a
jv would critically dilute the stock. Are you considering alternative
or other creative options? Thank-you.
