Anectodal information provides a very reliable means to understand the slower than expected growth. It does not mean the damage is permanent, but rather indicates that Reliance has an uphill battle, as opposed to a down stream float, to become dominant. It also means that Reliance has clearly allowed the other players back into the ball game so the Reliance is not, in the near future, as capable of utilizing its gorilla size to squash the competition. Rather, it is now just one of the many carriers.

This may change as the network improves and the services become much better than the competition's (assuming the do). However, that is for the future. Right now, Reliance is suffering growing pains which, hopefully, will be outgrown as time goes on.
