David, I think the increase and decrease was in the press release (who did what was determined after unblinding). However, I don't think that the press release had details (it takes a relatively few confounders to badly damage the p value). I never said that the drug wouldn't work - only that the price would be pounded because of the press release. How well it worked is still unknown because there is not enough detail in the press release. Right now I suspect all that the company can do is give anecdotal examples because of the study design.
