While trying to patiently wait for the feasibility study to be made public I found the following link:

It is a transcript of the Keynote Luncheon Address of the British Columbia Natural Resource Forum on November 13, 2003. The address was made by Russ Hallbauer, Chairman of the Mining Association of British Columbia; he's also a part of management for Teck Cominco.

Here is a direct quote that gave me pause to think about NXG's prospects for opening mines in BC:

If existing government policy remains unaltered, by the year 2013 it is likely there will be just one metal mine (Kemess) left operating...

This quote is located on page 2 of the 7 page pdf document. The address is well worth reading for those of us waiting for NXG to produce the Kemess North feasibility study. One shouldn't be surprised at the delay after reading this.
