The agreement between J&J and AMLN is to share all profits and losses, so there is no escape for J&J yet, maybe later they will figure out how to escape. They will wait for the results of the ongoing studies.

In the other hand AMLN have other technology in basic research that thy adquire from two smaller biotech companies, if anything comes out of it maybe J&J will share this.

It is not the type of company with only one drug, but the short term future is not great.

Vector securities, they were behind the ABTI fiasco, I do not like their reports. But this is my bias, maybe they are good at what they do.
