H.J. I agree with most of your analysis. I believe that the fact this stock is not followed widely gives us individual investors an advantage over the big guys. If EDUSF has another blow-out quarter, it will be noticed and will get the deserved PE multiples. The parent is trying to sell part of the holding to fulfill exactly the same goal, to expose the company to more people, and thus producing more sales and growth, etc. Long term investors should buy this stock at the current level and sit tight and watch your investment grow ! IMHO ZJ
