Bushies stopped the UN inspections in mid-progress, yes. And now we know there was no reason to invade Iraq. Now that we're there we have to solve the quagmire and cannot run away, but the whole rationale for invading in the first place was a combo of lies and inept thinking. Woodward also states that he was not aware of ANY post-war planning than went on. Amazing huh? The invasion was the easy part and I for one was posting that before the war. Kerry was saying it too.
