How about the misappropriation of the funds. 800 million wasn't it ? Congress never knew. Now, this is on tape as I understand it so it is more than allegations... Woodward has not exaggerated. In fact I think he has played the information rather detached from it. Just like this is the news... and I have it from tape and authority and do with it what you want. Clarke on the other hand had a vested interest in selling the facts.
