JOHNSTON, R.I., Mar 31, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Micro Laboratories, Inc.

announced today the completion of a contract with Namu Global P/L, an Australian
company, for the exclusive distribution of Micro Spray's sublingual vitamins in
the countries of Australia and Korea. The deal was put together by
Globalsweet.com, a distributor for Micro Spray products. The exclusivity is
contingent upon an up front purchase of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00 US)
and a commitment to purchase. In addition, an annual amount of two hundred
thousand dollars ($200,000.00 US), in order to maintain their exclusivity in
those two countries.
