The people running this company are doing what alot of micro cap companies do when they need money to fund operations. They impose a reverse split. Then they sell lots of shares and that gives them the funds they need. This is done at the expense of the stock holders because the price will eventually drop due to share dillution.

I'm going to to sell sometime before the reverse split, wait for the price to drop below 30 cents and then buy again.
