Clean balance sheet with $3.59/share cash and $1.03/share accounts receivable. Making money, Board has authority to buy back 500,000 shares.

They are opening a Bay Area office, I assume to go after electro-mechanical business. Although others have told me that ADAMS is over-kill for this task. I am told that their software may be a little difficult to use. I assume that cheaper workstations, etc is all to their advantage. Their product is ported to SDRC, PMRC, Dassault. Do they make sense as a stand-alone company? Or should one look for an offer from someone like SDRC?
