Agreed on the Credibility Issue. However, I now Wonder

if A.G. is at bottom a reckless Nutter--a view I have studiously avoided for several years.

Message 20045153

Thank god I got out of my silver with profits, the day after Easter--as I reacted to the Parry comments in the SF Chronicle.

I think all of us studying the situation here would probably meet on the fact that A.G. is painted into a corner. With inflation and interest rate fear ALREADY stalking the market--A.G.'s job IMO was to bring those fears back into balance--not by feeding them in anyway--but by smacking them down.

If this was a jobs and wage driven recovery--I would think he'd be insane for having waited this long to even speak to these issues. However, A.G. may have paved the way today to actually undue all his Reflationary Work over the past 36 months.

Now if that is the case--then what the hell was he doing over the past 36 months? Why even have embarked on the foolish project in the first place, only to flush it down the toilet now?

He may be addled, Russ.
