Good strategy

Wintelpaq (MSFT+INTC+CPQ)is now the shaping force in PC evolution and is rapidly positioning itself to be the shaping force in Enterprise computing. CPQ's acqisition of TDM was the key to putting it all together. Look at the authors of the PC98 specification. Look at who's just built a system integration lab in Redmond. and who's leading the NT clustering rollout. Buy and reap.

Wintelco (MSFT+INTC+CSCO) is the shaping force in networking and communications, but won't be fully formed until CSCO and LU merge late next year/early 1999. As part of their spinoff restrictions LU is barred from any pooling of interests transactions until October 1, 1998, but my guess is that both companies have that date circled. Wonder why COMS+USRX and ASND+CSCC happened? Wait and see. :)
