...having lingered on the sidelines of the housing market for 2 years. If A.G. is a Nutter, if he and his Fed friends use poor models and basically just pull answers out of their asses--while at the same time blending all of that shoddy work in with myriad corrupt influences...then I say, bring it on.

There are some single-family and two family sellers in my town who have really reached for the stars in their asking prices, having bought and held since the early to mid-1990's.
