Your talking about "Heriberto Manny Velazco" I suppose...lol i agree. None of this just makes any sense. What was so critical dude had to go through this ELABORATE charade to avoid anyone ever knowing about it? $2.5M in Bail gone...he can't see his kids...and he's back in the clink.....Makes you wonder.
