The VSE has approved a pro rata release of
243,750 shares from escrow. There are 131,250
shares remaining in escrow. The escrow holders are
455501 BC Ltd as to 5,000 shares, Brian Lueck as
to 8,125 shares, Mesquite Management Ltd as to
8,125 shares, Ian Park as to 337,500 shares, Todd
Peever as to 8,125 shares and Ted Yardley as to
8,125 shares.
