Clinton committed perjury. If we allow witnesses to decide when it's ok to commit perjury, then the game is over.

Clinton could have took the 5th and refused to answer but he didn't. He chose to try sell a lie he thought someone might believe. He committed perjury. Doesn't matter over what topic.

It's is that simple.
