<If you think that the outside world will really influence another democratic country > Except for Wales, Scotland and both NI and Ireland, it is mainly yurope which forces UK to both reform their system, and bann all public debate on how to do it. That is, it is understandable if regular Canada is...somewhere else... However, seems a very lousy thing to brag about.
