Mo,

Thanks for the encouraging words. Pepsi does have a good management team - I wouldn't say they are excellent though - based on their international performance. KO, IMO, has an excellent management team.

I want PEP to get off their proverbial butts and start growing the intl business!! They are, again IMO, failures at it so far. Let's face it - I don't know about you, but I can't drink much more PEP and Mountain Dew than I currently do without risking health problems. The US market is saturated (except for the resturant business concentrate sales). PEP's market, and future is international no two ways about it. Their "Stuff" campaign is nice, but not a long term revenue grower. I have been all over the world. I have always been able to buy a Coke anywhere (I mean it) - even in the smallest out-of-the-way spots. PEP doesn't have this worldwide presence - but needs to if they are to maintain these high multiples and grow from here.

Let's face it. Coke is a synonym for something to drink with lunch or dinner. Pepsi is not.

I beleive they can do it. That is why I bought the stock, and that is why I will continue to hold it.

Regards,

Gary
