Probably a flip of the coin at best. I was skeptical since the unconfirmed signals for the market did not get oversold (with 80 percent or more buy signals) before the turn, the Nasdaq 100 list still had 100% sell signals then, and that none of the tech groups have their price phase turn up yet.
