That's so bogus. The US and other nations have provided billions to the Palestinians. Arafat has pilferred it to the extent that he has an estimated $1 billion in Swiss bank accounts.

60 minutes did a very good objective piece on this.

The Palestinians are kept in refugee camps by their leaders, used as a focus of hatred towards Israel and the West, so that their corrupt leaders can stay in power. Arafat has learned well from the tyrants and OILogarchs of the Mideast.

I love the line that they will "tolerate the Jewish state."

You can almost hear the disgust with which those words would be uttered.
