Palestine does not exist -- it is a creature of Israel, and an occupied one at that
Well, it's interesting to learn from YOU that Palestine doesn't exist. All this going on and on about how Israel "stole" other people's land, and built settlements on other people's land, and now I hear it's all Israeli land after all! They do have jurisdiction over it all, regardless of giving away Area A to the control of Yasser Arafat in 1994, they should just send a cop into Gaza City to make arrests.
Let me see if I have it straight: If Israel commits any horrible "crime" like building a town, it's Palestine and not Israel. But if Israel tries to punish the murderers of its children who have declared war on Israel, why then it's not Palestine, it's really Israel after all, and Israel should send a subpoena.
Let me say it in very short sentences, and see if you can understand: Israel does not occupy Gaza City. Gaza City is in Area A. Area A is under Palestinian Authority control. Israel has not occupied Gaza city since 1994. Israel cannot arrest anybody in Gaza City. Since the Palestinian Authority declines to fight Hamas, Israel is having to do it - that or freely let Hamas kill its children by the thousands. Therefore they have raided in Gaza and used targeted killings. These are military operations. That's because there is a war on between Hamas and Israel. In war, you do not 'arrest' your enemy, because he does not respect your law at all. You must capture or kill him. This takes an army. Got it?
The US will not send a subpoena to Osama bin Laden either. |
