more like every citizen in the world has failed Iraq. and most of them have left it up to the United States because of indifference to the suffering of the people of Iraq. What we have are countries like France , Germany , Russia who raped these poor people and took away their money for food. I hope the United nations oil for food program investigation gets to the sources as to who got all these kick backs. It is these people who are responsible for those murdered in Iraq.
