BOCX Press Release - The FDA Classification of BioCurex's Histo-RECAF Kit As I suspected, BOCX explains that their product is not FDA "approved' but rather Histo-RECAF(TM)is classified as a Class I device. biz.yahoo.com I'm gonna go out on a limb and bet that the SEC inquiry is complete and this is all the SEC needs to restore BOCX back to active trading. Which I believe is scheduled for 11:59 tomorrow. I wish anyone short luck when it opens for trading. Chris
