Ironically, lots of Americans were gung ho for the IRA, sending them money and maybe more. I like to think that there were lots of IRA-supporting New York firemen killed at the Twin Towers. "Lots" of Americans ??? "Lots" of IRA Supporting NYC Firemen ???? I happen to have been born and raised in NYC and the surrounding area (Long Island) and with all due respect you have a completely deformed idea of what the city is like.
